Do I need an appointment?
Yes. To ensure a customized and comfortable experience. Appointments can be scheduled through our website or via WhatsApp. Walk-ins are welcome for general inquiries or consultations; however, walk-in gown fittings are not recommended.
How far in advance before my wedding should I book my gown fitting?
It is recommended to prepare for your gown fitting approximately 6–8 months prior to your wedding day.
Do I need to pay for the gown testing?
Yes, the fitting fee is deductible at 20% of the rental fee, capped at RM150.
What do I need to prepare for the gown fitting?
We recommend the following:
- Light-coloured strapless undergarments or Nubra
- Skin-coloured safety pants or stockings
- Brides: light make-up and an updo hairstyle for a better fitting experience
- Bring your own high heels to match with the gowns
- Grooms: please prepare your own white shirt (not available for rental, but available for purchase in-store)
Can I bring family or friends for the fitting?
Yes, you may bring family or friends along. However, to ensure a comfortable fitting space, we recommend limiting to no more than 2 accompanying guests.

Is size alteration provided?
Size alteration is not available at the moment. We recommend selecting a gown that fits you best from our collection.
Do you provide bridal accessories?
Yes, we offer rentals for accessories such as veils, petticoats (cancan), and a variety of hair accessories to complete your bridal look.
Can I extend the rental period?
Yes. Additional charges will apply for any extension of the rental period for each gown or dress.

Am I able to downgrade / upgrade my package after confirmation?
Yes, you are welcome to upgrade your package at any time if needed.
However, downgrades are not allowed once a package has been confirmed and agreed upon.
Can I bring the gown overseas?
Yes, you may bring the gown overseas, provided it is returned within the rental period. Please note that gowns used for outdoor or overseas shoots require extra care, and an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
Can I arrange Lalamove for the gown collection?
Yes, you may arrange courier services such as Lalamove for gown collection. However, we strongly recommend that the bride personally collects the gown to ensure it fits well and that all accessories are complete and in good condition for the wedding day.
I am currently on a diet/pregnant. How can I ensure the gown will fit?
If you are on a diet or pregnant, we will estimate the most suitable size based on your wedding date and expected body changes, and recommend gowns with adjustable features. In addition, a final fitting will be arranged closer to your wedding day to ensure the gown fits perfectly and is ready to go.
RETURNING / DAMAGES or LOSS
Will I get a penalty for late return?
Yes. Late returns will incur additional charges based on the daily rental rate, and further penalties may apply.
What happens if I accidentally damage the gown?
If any of the Damage occurred during the rental period, damage fees will be charged accordingly.
Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
All orders (including deposit) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
In the event of a postponed wedding, please inform us as early as possible. We will do our best to reschedule your booking or assist you in selecting a similar gown if your original choice is no longer available.
